Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. Every plan includes your whole team: office, technicians, drivers. We charge for features, not seats.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick Starter or Professional. If you do nothing, your workspace stays on the free plan with one published form and the data you entered. Nothing is deleted.
How do add-ons work?
Switch one on in the Plugin Store and it is added to your monthly bill, prorated. Professional pays half for every add-on. Turn it off and the data stays.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Online payments from your customers run through your own Stripe account; Laycor never touches your money.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
The QuickBooks Sync add-on exports invoices, payments and customers in the exact layouts QuickBooks Online imports, and tracks what you have already sent.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel from Plan & billing any time; you keep access until the end of the period.
How is SMS billed?
Per message at the provider rate, separately from your plan. Laycor shows the estimate before any automation goes live.
Can I put the website and booking page on my domain?
Yes. Add your domain in Settings, point its DNS at Laycor, and your site, booking page and forms all answer there.
